Partner organisations have access to nationwide leadership programmes for their wāhine, focused on building targeted, intergenerational capability across Aotearoa and delivering tangible DEI progress. Depending on the level of partnership some programmes are included in the partnership and for those that aren’t partners have preferential access to offers for our wider Leadership Programmes.
Each partner organisation receives an annual allocation of complimentary Power Circle memberships, with the opportunity to purchase more at a modest cost. Power Circle delivers partners the opportunity to uplift both emerging and established wāhine leaders, enabling them to broaden their horizons and expand their networks for the betterment of themselves, their career, and their organisation.
