Commitments & Workstreams Copy

Champions for Change workstreams are focused areas of collective action where leaders come together to address the most critical challenges shaping working communities and cultures in Aotearoa New Zealand. Each workstream provides a shared framework to build insight, test ideas, and drive practical change at scale—enabling members to move beyond individual organisational efforts and create meaningful, system-level impact.

Champions for Change are committed to achieving excellence in four drivers of inclusive and diverse workplaces. These are the foundations for our individual action, and collective group impact.
